Reservations, Final Payment and Security Deposit:
-A valid driver’s license
-$100 plus tax per sled down at time of booking and remaining balance due on day of rental. THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that can be applied towards another available date this season or next season.
-$500 security deposit to be held on credit card per sled.
Renter Qualifications:
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Must be 18 years of age to be a driver
-Must sign liability/damage waiver
-Must sign rental agreement
Pick-up and Drop-off times:
-Snowmobiles will be available for pick-up at 9am
-Snowmobiles must be returned by 5pm on the last day of rental.
–Late returns will be charged $25 every half hour past 5pm. (Per sled) Please plan ahead.
Hours:
-9 am – 5 pm 7 days

-MasterCard, Visa and Discover
Other fees:
-Prices do not include sales tax (8.25%)
-$40 cash gas deposit – refundable when rental is returned with a full tank. All rentals leave with a full tank.
Cancellations:
–Deposits are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or you are unable to make your reservation for any reason.
-In the case of a cancellation deposits can be applied towards a future rental this season or next season but NOT refunded.
Damages:
-The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the snowmobile during the rental period. There is NO additional insurance that we can provide for damages to your rental, you are responsible for damages.
Safety tips:
-Please dress accordingly. We will provide a helmet for each driver and rider but, you must come prepared for riding in the COLD conditions. If you’re not dressed properly, this could ruin your whole trip!
-Stick to the trail system. Leaving the trails could endanger you, other riders and cause damage to the snowmobile. Remember, you are responsible for the snowmobile.
–Drinking and driving will result in an immediate termination of your rental.
-When stopping be sure to take the keys and your helmet. Again, you are responsible for the rental.
